Welcome to my Wild Garden! Right now, you can come with me as I photograph the growing season of a small, neglected garden. In the future, I plan to add a photo gallery, a section on Tudor outfits, as well as a number of other things.

September 14th:

The ragweed's green and unobtrusive flowers are still in bloom.

The Mulberry's leaves are still green.

The mugwort's rather cryptic flowers have gone to seed.

The fireworks weed's tiny flowers have all bloomed and it is forming seed.

The yellow woodsorrel displays a few last flowers.

The evening primrose is starting to show a blush of pink on the leaves, and the earlier seed pods have snapped open at the tips, showing the black seeds within,

The top of the plant is still producing flowers, Today's flower is open and tomorrow's bud awaits.

The berries on this pokeweed cluster are ripening to a deep black-purple.

I call these plants low three-vein because I don't know the name. Do you? Their blooms appear to be a cluster of tiny green flowers.

The hawthorn  is showing some bright yellow leaves.

The goldenrod is looking distinctly seedy.

Some of the beggartick flowers show yellow, and the bigger one on top is forming seeds.

The burdock seeds are ready for a ride.
